I’ve had varied interests in life that eventually led me to the work I do now. Dance, yoga, hiking, mechanics, gardening and religious studies helped shape who I am, but it was Rolf Structural Integration that propelled me onto an evolutionary path that continues to offer me new insights into life and being in my body. Offering this work to those who need to feel better in their body, and those who sense that there is something more to life has become my way of becoming more human. To recognize our full potential as human beings is why we are here. Rolf Structural Integration is very simply, one elegant method to achieve that.

In our modern, high-stress environment, the physiological toll on the human body is profound. When subjected to stress, the fascial system contracts as a protective mechanism. This unconscious bracing frequently solidifies into long-term holding patterns—and generational imprints—that restrict range of motion, induce chronic pain, and cause systemic fatigue.

While Dr. Ida Rolf’s early 20th-century principles remain highly relevant today, the traditional methodology often required standing in your underwear, being photographed, and enduring intense pain across a mandatory 10-session series.

My modern approach evolves the practice into a comfortable, client-centered therapy. Inspired by my desire not to re-traumatize the body, but to provide a safe somatic experience that supports your growth and change, I have created my workspace to provide maximize client ease:

  • Pain-free techniques: Deep relief does not have to hurt.
  • Stay clothed if you wish: I can work effectively through most clothing.
  • No photography: Your privacy and comfort always come first.
  • Cozy environment: Relax on a heated, cushioned table with warm blankets.
  • Tailored sessions: The traditional Ten Series is available but completely optional.

You deserve a life of ease. Let’s create a customized healing plan that works for your unique lifestyle.
